Real nice

I missed out on one a couple of years ago sitting at the junktorium near here. Snooze you lose scenario. Stupid me should have just taken it right away instead I left it figuring I'd come back another day and get it.. Who'd have thunk someone else would have bought it

Can someone and I am sure there are many here tell me what the twin fan means? Are there two fans, or two stage fan? Have never had one apart, so idiot time here. d.

Tony "Macelli" Danza had one of those in the sitcom "Who's the Boss" of the 80s -early 90s. There are several episodes of that show with him using it. I think even in the opening credits,,he is trying to vacuum the drapes with the whole vacuum.

Love it....

Brandon, your right about the towing capacity lol. One that i had the hadle would stick sometimes and when I was vacuuming one day I had let go and it went flying into our new kitchen cabinets. Is yours jerky. I had 2 at different times and they were both jerkey. But the older one was more so.

Brian, you are correct. The early opening credits he was vacuuming the drapes with a green bag MOL non self prop.And about season 3 he upgraded to the self prop.=)
I do miss those Knemore's.
Now they have TTI and Bissell doing some/most of thier vacs now. Goodbye Sears.
Enjoy,Kenny

P.S.

I just watched. That is an early model id guess 83-84. And its good you have the right bag. Like you said alot of people use the F&G bags but that style with the tube at the top like yours they dont last long. If in a pinch you need a bag Id go with a Hoover type C it works much better for that model.

@kennmore81

the tranny is super smooth

so smooth

i did tear it apart and lube and ajust everything tho

Excellent job on the vid Brandon! The machines while badged Singer and Kenmore, were actually produced by a company called Ryobi, which now I believe only make power tools. I'd really like to know the history myself on the Ryobi-Singer relationship, as I'm pretty sure Singer made their machines when they were metal based. If anyone can help with this history it would be appreciated. Hey Marty R! I bet you know...
