I saved-up a boat-load of Sears points without knowing it...until I found my lost Sears card in an old drawer I never use. On the day of my finding this card, I trucked over to the nearest Sears Grand...and found this beauty of a machine -- a red Progressive upright cyclone cylinder model # 116.10135510. I carried this up to the check-out...and lo-and-behold...it cost me a whopping 27 bucks -- down from the $150.00 plus price advertised. I must say...this is was an awesome day! Since then...I have discovered this machine is quiet, has intuitive floor-to-carpet selections (much like the friction-based dyson 07,14...an 33; and Simplicity-line American-made vacuums), sports a detachable aluminum wand...and favors a beautful design much like one may expect in a nicely crafted automobile ready for show in a local show room. Its filtration is exceptional -- due to a 7 port cyclone design. It is equipped with a super soft bristled dusting tool...a long and capable crevice tool...and the Sears-branded "Pet Mate" turbo tool -- which rides on the side of the machine. **My question to SOMEONE WHO MAY KNOW: is this a Pansasonic machine in Kenmore disquise? If so...my questions of quality have been answered. *dariusii*
