I sold those at Sears (though the 300 had been removed by then, they were the same exact color), and they were 149.99 new.... a little more for the model with the dirt sensor. The most common complaint with them was that people would activate the bare floor swtich with the machine running and the belt lifter would slice the belt right in two. Very stiff bristles and wooden brushroll are nice... the finger tip power swtich and the high, triangular shaped cord wraps are nice too. If you put the crevice tool on and touch it to a surface, the saftey bleeder valve might open!
People always had trouble reclining the handle on those, so we recommend for them to tip the cleaner back first, then step on the pedal and let the head drop and it was much easier for them. The dusting brush is a little cheap and the locking tabs on the telecsopic extension wand break readily, so be careful!
Congrats!
