Kenmore profromance, whispertone, powerpath

hey all,
i wanted to pick everybody's brain on the subject of early 90's Kenmore twin motor uprights. i was only but a small child when they were first produced. i wanted to know what year did they start production, when did Kenmore discontinue them, and how many were there and under what names? i have three in my collection currently. a dark green Whispertone, and a black Powerpath self - propelled, and the Panasonic 4000 commercial version. and if any one has a actual Profromance branded machine in the red, white or, blue id be willing to give a little money for one. i don't know why i like that machine so much, i just find them interesting. and one was also a child hood machine.

Kenmore whispertone upright

I believe they were first out in 1992 because I purchased a white performance model that summer it had on board attachments.The whispertone was produced around 1995 to around 2004 then they changed design to the present model that I don't like. I see these all the time at our auction here in Tucson and I have two motors from the whispertone uprights in my Ebay store.
