Does anyone have one of these? It's very similar-looking to an Electrolux ProLux. I believe it was manufactured in the mid 60's, perhaps 1965.

I remember those!

Hi Lou,
I don't have one, but I do remember seeing those at Sears, probably mid-60's until about 1970 or so. At one point, I think that they were a light blue in color and then I think beige. I'm sure they were a Whirlpool product before things went to China. Alot of vac companies made a smaller upright version, not just Hoover with their Lark model. I also remember General Electric had a couple models. One was like an electric carpet sweeper that has been on POD, and one was a plastic mini-upright version.

It was a hard-bagged Whirlpool CVR 2000 I have seen/played with one of these before, and I have the WP CVR version myself, as well as a Oreck XL 4000 and 4300.

Thanks guys!

Reason I asked was I found an instruction booklet and package of bags at an estate sale this weekend......no machine however.
