I was watching for the bidding war at the end.  No drama at all.  In a couple clicks it sold for $510.  That's hundreds less than the last one on ebay.  I wonder who the happy collector is?

Seriously, this machine is very, very rare. I only know of a half-dozen or so collectors who have one. Someone certainly got a good deal on it. </span>

I know of two people who have one, and one of them acquired it by inheritance.  Alas, for me it will have to be enough that I've seen one in my lifetime but never to have owned one.
