John is pure class. Since his house has zero dirt, he helps me out with my own floors when questions arise. Here he is using the new Rainbow shampooer on the upstairs landing. He gave my routine cleaning (with Riccars) an "A". I'm proud! Of course, he's drinking his rosé from Waterford. We are going to use the same system at Rick's sometime in the next two weeks after I get some supplies and the large basin arrives. I'll put pics up.
