Jacobs gift to me for a new house.

I went on vacation and Jacob went shopping and bought a new house warming gift for me. Or us I should say. 


He picked up a new Eureka Optima.  He has never really liked my Rainbow, and was thinking that this would be perfect for cleaning up around the cat box, and keeping up with the cat and dog hair during the week and a really quick clean up or those days that I don't feel like filling up the Rainbow.


 


I like this little vacuum.  It works well and serves a great purpose.  I use this every day, and I use it for all the purposes listed above.

Wow, seperate vacations! If only...

My best friend and I went on vacation.  We made the travel arrangements when he was on deployment.  He was suppose to be gone just over a year so it was something that Theresa and I decided to do so that we could celebrate me graduating from college, and her birthday.  If you are unaware of how things have been going... Jacob was injured during his deployment and came home in September and is in the process of being medically discharged.  It was to late for us to cancel our trip and he told me to go.  I offered to take him with us but because of the nature of his brain injury he didn't want to go because of the change in pressures from flying. And he just wanted to stay home.


 


We are planning on going on our honeymoon next year.
