I've just listed a Tan Electrolux Hospital G on eBay.

Why can't we have nice machines like that

over here?! That would make a lovely replacement for the Miele for daily duties! If I ever get to build a house it'll have twin US and UK sockets/voltage so I can run these beauties.

Good luck with the sale!

Does anyone outside the USA have Electrolux Model G like this; but converted to correct voltage (if your country's vacuums won't operate on 120V)

special voltage Electrolux

At one time non power nozzle Model Ls were offered for commercial customers in a different voltage.Even though listed on some price lists I have never seen and was told one of their main uses was cleaning aircraft interiors.
Speaking of Electrolux and aircraft has anyone seen the WW II era ad showing factory worker cleaning metal shavings from inside a fighter plane fuel tank using a Mo XXX.(Was not a vac ad but a patriotic war effort ad.)

Well, Luxlife, that's the risk sellers take on eBay. I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed in the winning bid. But the nice part about it is that the winning bidder is very excited about getting the machine and that makes it worthwhile.

Most of the stuff I'm selling on eBay has just been sitting in storage. It actually feels good to be "lightening my load" and really clearing stuff out. I'd rather do it now than to have to leave it for someone to do after I have left this realm.

There's lots more stuff to come, including some freebies if I can find people to come get the stuff or pay to have it shipped to them.
