Well, one of the two Sunbeam vacs I've been looking for finally turned up on ebay. Can't remember the model number, but it was in the color I wanted. I have a similar one in Celery Green.

I had every intention of bidding on it but when I saw it was up to 52 bucks, I had to think twice. I looked at the bids and someone really wanted it. The current budget just wouldn't stretch to get into a bidding war.

Oh, well. Another one'll turn up some day, along with the canister I'm looking for.

So true Veg or maybe post an ad for one in the wanted section and a club member might have one that You can get. Send an email to Fred and He will post your ad in the wanted section. I have an ad for a kenmore canister the small one but I haven't gotten any bites as yet but I'm not losing hope at all. Every Vacuum that I have desired even the super rare ones I have been able to get them. You just have to think positive and it will happen. Veg as the famous saying goes Good things come to those who wait.

I am looking for the harvest gold/yellow one.

And I wish you good luck in your search, you will find one eventually.

I have a Sunbeam vac sort of like the one pictured. The vac place here gave it to me-I had to put a cover over the fan opening-it was missing-mine has a Rainbow plug over the fan opening. The machine works well.I wonder how one can get the bags for these machines-It is a nice broom type vacuum-or "Kitchen crumb " vacuum.I beleive I folded a Royal "B" bag to fit.I haven't used mine in a while.
