Issue with Hoover Convertible 70

For some reason on this vac I am unable to roll it on the two back wheels going forward. It is as if the wheels push down and then the base drags on the floor. Is there something I can adjust? Thanks.

Height adjustment spring. Check your height adjuster. Those ones need actual adjustment from handle for slipping it into next ridge on height adjuster plate. Look at that whole area and see if anything is loose, stripped, etc.
