I agree, that is outrageous for that JC Penney Convertible. I don't think that there is anyone stupid enough to start bidding at that price unless it is new and unused, which it is not.Is it just me or are people getting rediculous with their prices on ebay?

not only is it NOT NEW

its also not original. The bag is incorrect.
The original bag had a faint stripe print on it.

Thanks Jeff for clearing that up! I bought my folks one of these for their lakehouse and I could've sworn it had a different bag, but it's too early for me to expect my memory to be working! Also, check out this guy's feedback, not glorious. Anytime I've ever sent an email question to this guy, I've never had a response, and only a recorder on his phone.

I have one, mine will probably be up for sale before the week is out, but not for that price.
I was just in North Canton this weekend, I also know where one of these Penneys cleaners can be had brand new, never used.

Mine will be up for sale just because I brought home a trunk full of stuff from Ohio, and I need to make some room.

thanks, I cant wait.I bet it will be the cleanest and nicest vacuum I've gotten with exception of my two Hoover Vault Cleaners. But how could you top a brand new unused 20+ year old Hoover.
