Is this Electrolux from 1930's or 1940's?

Trying to pin down the date of this vintage Electrolux vacuum cleaner. It has flat runners, it says 475 Watts on bottom edge, the end cap where you replace the bag is aluminum i think. It is not shiny like chrome. It has "saloon style" exhaust doors.
