As the old saying goes....

If it smells like smoke......This isn't the first time we've seen some high-end vacuums posted very cheap on ebay that were scams.....last time I believe were Rainbows. According to the last photo it says the machine is in China and if I'm not mistaken the Sirena was originally made in Canada (someone please correct me if I'm wrong) and they sell for around $899 new. If you're a brave soul, you could give it a try I suppose...If they don't come through you could always get your money back from eBay.
