I was looking through the forum and saw that it kept giving me this error about timezones or something, I even viewed the page logged out of my account and it kept showing up, what happened?

Nothing to worry about, they do server upgrades and patches in the middle of the night occasionally. They don't usually last more than an hour and during that time you can see odd error messages.
