Interesting Kenmore Progressive Upright - on eBay

This looks like the typical Kenmore Progressive with Direct Drive upright, but this one is different. It has an electric hose and Powermate Jr on board. I have heard of that, but don't recall seeing one. Any idea how old this one is? I am not the seller.
