Sorry Toby, couldn't resist! You've got a really neat cleaner there, and it needs to be posted......

Had a little mini-meet with Toby last evening. A good time as usual. He showed me one of his latest acquisitions that is really, really cool.

Be sure and show the inside "thingy"

Rick

Also, later tonight I'll post a little surprise I got from Toby!

Well, since I wouldn't want Captain Crevicetool to have a spell, nuk, nuk, nuk, I'll post a few pics of the Magic Aire. Here's the first.

Here's the last. Kyle says he has a few of the tools in Alabama and will bring them when he comes back out this summer. BTW, the original cloth hose doesn't leak! This is the inside thingy that Rick was talking about.

Lastly, I know this is off topic a little, but I couldn't resist posting the latest pic of my baby. Do yall think he's grown?

Toby are you sure that

Magic Aire isn't a coffee maker pretending to be a vacuum? The inside sure looks like parts of one!LOL I hope that someone here can give us some information on that machine. It sure is interesting. Neat to that the hose is still good!!

Your baby is sure growing!!!

A G.E. Clone-a-like?

Very nice vacuum, Toby. The inside reveals the same set-up as the General Electric (and Premier) tanks of that era; an attempt to increase air-flow by increasing the surface area of the bag (It draws from around and through the center of the bag.) Very nice and apparently, quite rare! Nice shape, too. Enjoy!
Rick

Rick, that does make sense, adding surface area to the bag. Isn't this a cool looking machine? All the metal label says is "Magic-Aire Cleveland Ohio", and then lists the serial number, watts, volts.

Neat machine Toby! Good pics too!

Rick

Very Interesting Rick B. Now one has to wonder if GE made that machine for Magic Aire??
