My name is Dustin Kauffman and I live in Kalkaska, Michigan I am 17 years old and I collect vacuum cleaners. (about 15) I also have LOTS of questions!!!

Welcome Dustin, you sure have come to the right place. There are so many on this site that will be able to help you with those questions. Why not consider having one of your parents join the VCCC with you as a guest member. We have several younger members here who have done just that. I know that you would really enjoy the club. Terry

Terry is right, there are a lot of folks here who can help answer questions. You may even find some of them answered if you read through some of the current posts here on Vacuum Land.
It would be great to have you as a member of the club as well. If your parents would be willing, the cost is 35.00 and it allows you attend the annual convention. I am 100% positive you can get alot of your questions answered there...

hello Dustin, welcome to this wonderful club, it is such an awesome place, especially for me. see i am actually kind of new to this place as well, and i to collect vacuums, i have only about 10 my self. but want more, also if you have some questions please ask, everybody here is so helpful and loves to give they're advice on the subject, i to know a little my self about the cleaners i collect, i mostly work with Kirby vacuums[hence the name] and love to help you if needed. welcome to the world of vacuum collection, you're not the only one who loves a great machine.

I tripped over the forum/club so-to-speak, when I was doing some vacuum seaches. There are a lot of nice people in the club & a lot of helpful info.
I am somewhat limited on any assistance w/ other brands (don't repair or rebuild others); however, with KIRBYs, if there is any way I may be of help, feel free to contact me. And again, welcome.

I thought you were great in The Graduate, not to mention Kramer vs Kramer, but the best by far was Rainman! What was it like working with Tom Cruise? I hear he can be somewhat of a creep. You were great however!
