This is very hard question.
In my case it might (just) be Lux Royal D790 with Wessel Werk ph.
Interesting question.

This is a really tough question to answer. I guess if I only could keep one, I would keep my Rainbow Vacuum. It can do everything, including mopping, wet spills, shampooing, and of course vacuuming above floors, carpets, wood, tile, and it also has a low profile to get under beds etc.

Harley, you are so predictable! :-) And we all know what your answer is without you actually naming it, LOL.

For me? My Electrolux Grand Marquise. It can do just about everything, & better for my situation since it's a canister & get under everything & is more versatile. Plus with the Perfect C101 being made, parts will be available for a long time & it will last forever.

I would keep..........

my Hoover 150 cleaning ensemble, (tools and hose), and my Air-Way twin motor Chief. Both are old but still operate perfectly and will out clean many of todays modern vacuums. The Air-Way Chief even has a wood pulp cellulose disposable bag with filtration that is very respectable for 1936!

I'm thinking my Electrolux Diamond Jubilee but I'd pair it up with my PN2 instead of the PN5 that came with it. It would be hard giving up my Kirbys, though.

Tough choice. The do-everything vacuums tend to be a compromise. For ease of use and excellent cleaning ability, I'd choose my Riccar Supralight. But for do-everything, it would be Rainbow. The Riccar can easily be used everyday. Rainbow? Not so much.

That said, since I have plenty of time today, I think I'll get out the Rainbow 😊
