I scored at the World's Longest Yardsale today!

I got a Kirby G3 for $11.00, a Sanitaire for $5.00, and a Royal for $8.00. All of which need a bit of sprucing up. They will probably get the spa treatment next week. Both the G3 and the Royal have bad handle springs.

I don't really know what to do with the G3. I already have a nice G3 in the background behind the G4, so I don't really need another one. The Sanitaire has brushroll issues, so I'll have to mend that. The Royal just needs a good cleaning and to get the handle spring fixed.

For me there are darn few reasons to voluntarily travel east of the Rockies but that "yard sale" might be one of them. Some day, but I'll need a good sized van if I do!

That Royal looks like a model 606A (1971 to 1975).
