I bought a Vortech Force from Rick Asquith quite a while ago and forgot about it. I decided to get it out as a daily driver for a while and fell in love. I used it about 3 times and the bag was FULL to the top. Now I vacuum everyday but I still have lots of black dog hair and leaves from the 110 large house plants and everyday dust and grit from good ol' country livin'. This vacuum pulls 85 on my suction tester, add that with a wessel werk power head and damn what a vacuum!

My mom was so impressed with how much was in the bag just after one vacuuming that she asked me to show her where I keep it so she can grab that one when ever she wants to vacuum.
This next pic show the dirt from 3 uses.

Yes all that was in that bag. I have mostly new carpet too. Can you imagine what it would be like if I vacuumed once a week?
In this picture you will see the reason I vacuum everyday or should I say the 2 reasons. Rascal and my little Ebony.

I hate taking pictures with a phone, they suck.
Anyhow this is one powerful and very quiet vacuum. I can talk on the phone while cleaning the carpet. How much is on of these you might ask? Well let me tell you those with a weak heart sit down first. I called Vortech and asked what I could buy one for over the phone. The lady said "oh, you can buy one for only 2800.00 and with tax and shipping should be around 3000.00 or more give or take and that was a firm price. ....I ordered 6 lol jk

I'm glad you like that vacuum Phillip, I did too, just running out of room here and it's kinda big! That powernozzle is killer IMHO. Oreck used the same one only with a headlight and I believe you have that one too! They really clean well, and are relatively quiet too. Now that Oreck has phased out the Dutchtech canisters, we have a new power nozzle canister coming in any day now, and am anxious to see what power nozzle it has. I'm afraid to say, it will probably be a vacuum from overseas, as anything but the uprights and the Buster B's will be coming from over "there" from what I am told. The new canister will retail for 499.00, while the Dutchtechs sold for 699.99 and 899.99, so I hope I'm not disappointed when they come in.

Vortechs are GREAT machines-bought the last two from the former dealer here. The powernozzles have problems-treat it carefully-the handle switch is a frequent failure problem. When the wand is upright-the powernozzle won't run-when you lower the wand handle to operating position it should run.I have two dud powernozzles-just haven't gotten fixing them. Its a hard fix.The little switch has to be specially ordered.
