I need an orange hoover convertible hood for the model u4047. A while ago I found someone that would sell me one but then he didn't ship it even though he said he would. after a while I emailed him again and he said he would ship it after a couple days. He still didn't ship it but I decided not to bug him about it because I had already e-mailed him three other times. It's been three months since I e-mailed last and I don't think I'm ever going to get it, do you think I should e-mail him again or do you have one I can buy?

He actually said I could pay for it after it came. I would have kept bugging him if I had already payed for it. Do you think I should keep e-mailing him, if not does anyone have one I can buy?
