I got this dc14 today from ups when the man left the box I thought it was something my mom or brother got then I saw it had my name on it so I was text my boyfriend and I told him and he said it was for our 5 month anniversary I got a him tires for his truck lol and he got me this dc14 animal and I love it I put a dc07 handle and hose on just because I like it more but love the dc14 unit lol and I posted a pic of what it got out of my laundry room floor

But even still, I think you would be far, far more contented with a nice old Kirby. You would find them quite reliable and not prone to breakage. In other words, a fantastic machine!
 
She is a gem to collect and enjoy vacuums graciously.

The young ladies I dated would have taken a gift of a vacuum cleaner as a hint at some deficiency on her part. Even in a committed relationship it can be a touchy subject, heh, heh, heh. And if you buy or give her one that isn't exactly what she wants, oh lordy the contention. Worse yet after buying her a brand new Windsor upright to replace the old Hoover upright and giving her your favorite Kenmore canister and powered brush you see she has borrowed a friend's bagless Eureka to use instead of using either. Oh the agony.
