Are commercial vacuums good?...i was thinkin about buying one for my collection...and to clean my room.

Good, yes, depending on model.

Just remember that they can be bulky and are not always the best in small areas.

Once you give us some more info about what your thinking about, we can help you more.

Just because it says commercial, does not necessarily mean it will have more power than a household unit, some will, some won't. Usually one advantage with a commercial unit is a larger filter bag capacity.

The "Taski" vac is a good unit with a fair price.

Hoover commercial vacuum

You will have to be more specific than that!

The plastic commercial Convertibles/Guardsman of today are nearly identical to the plastic machines of the 80s.

A Hoover Conquest is a fun and robust machine.

The 913/u7037 is always in style.

IMO the best Hoover Commercial models are the vintage metal Convertible-styles, the 913-style, and the Conquest.

The current Hoover commercial units are junk. A few good commercial brends I have seen and used are Lindhaus, Sanitaire, Euroclean, Pullman-Holt ,Nilfisk, Advance, Kent, Minuteman, Clarke, and Royal. These are just suggestons from personal experience. All of these are high quality commercial vacuums that get the job done without alot of fancy bells and whistles. Some are more expensiv than others such as Lindhaus and Nilfisk. Hope I've been of some help. Matt
