How often do you recommend vacuum servicing by a professional vacuum technician

How are often do you take your vaccums to a vacuum technician for servicing and cleaning, does it depend on the vacuum, do you wait for there to be an issue or do you do regular servicing visits, do you even consider it worthwhile to service a vacuum at all? Just generally curious as i have a few used vacuums i acquired not to long ago that I'm considering getting service on

Only if it breaks or warrantee issues.I had to have chargers and a battery replaced on a Simplicity Freedom upright-and a circuit board in my Aerus Lux Platinum-all resolved at no cost to me-these failed just before a trip and at the same time-weird!Now they are fine!!

I am learning to do everything myself. 90% of even my newest vacuums are too old for any vacuum shop to bother servicing unless they specialize in vintage vacuums. If there is something I cannot do, I call the pros.
