You can....

try an Aerus dealer with varying results depending on where you live.

Otherwise eBay. You can ask the seller directly if the hose leaks and how you would want them to test it. If they refuse, you don't buy. If they supposedly test it and you find it's really a leaker, you have grounds for a refund.

Or look in the Super Market here and elsewhere.....

Sometimes aesthetics will have to come in second to functionality. A teal, woven hose for a 1205, manufactured between 1968 and 1974, is going to be around 50 years old, give or take. Chances are it's going to leak. That's just reality here in 2020. Thoxe hoses deteriorate and lose suction. Your best bet is to find a good deal on a used OEM gray vinyl hose that doesn't leak. Yes, it won't match the original but it will look just fine and will vastly improve the performance of your 1205.

I agree.....

you can find the teal hose and keep it for show. But if you want to get serious about using your machine, get the OEM vinyl.

A number of yrs ago here a member posted some pics of his Elux hose connection......it was amazing and huge! The colors, the patterns over the yrs.....very cool.
