Hose for Hoover Dimension 1000 Model S3283-040

I realize this is an extremely long shot as these seem to have become rare as hen's teeth...but would anyone have a Dimension hose they can sell? My sister is the original owner of this vacuum...and she has taken great care of the cleaner all these years...but the hose is now literally dry rotting and falling apart.

She bought this vacuum on my recommendation after I got one (I have long since sold mine, stupid me!!). She has loved it all these years and just doesn't want to part with it. Both she and I have searched and searched for a hose, but to no avail. As a last resort, I was hoping someone on the forum might have one they would sell. Since it's her daily driver, I need either a new one, or one that is used but in excellent shape. It's the gas pump style handle with the three-way off/on/on powernozzle switch, the slider for motor speed, and the flip-to-lock for the wand.

Hi Michael,

Attached is a Facebook page link for a vacuum shop that I believe has a hose for your machine. He has a Hoover Dimension 1000 canister vacuum hose with gas pump styled handle and 3 prong connection to suction unit. I do not know if it has all of the controls of your model, but it very well may.

I know this for a fact as I myself have been hunting a Hoover Dimension 1000 hose. Only we are both seeking different versions. I am seeking the basic, non gas pump styled version with suction regulator on group to fit an S3277.
