LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that typewriter setup! wouldn't have it any other way (Except my machine has Electric-Assist, I was just using it about an hour ago for homework, my class loves it!)! BUT.....step up and get a REAL rotary dial phone! that fridge and TV too.....it's only a matter of time before the neighbors think they just drove by a warp in time!

I'm not ...

... normally a fan of blue living rooms because they feel too "cold" to me, but with that shade, and with your liberal use of browns, you've done a beautiful job of creating a "cool" environment with just enough warmth to make it comfortable for people like myself who prefer "warm" colors.

Thanks;) yea I try to. After all, I am an interior designer lol. Actually though, what looks like brown on the ceiling is actually a gold-leaf faux finish. It doesn't photograph well though.

Here is my Numatic NV250 in pretty bad condition. I believe this one is from 1977, but I cannot confirm that as there is no serial number present.

Here's the Dial-A-Matic, in near-mint condition. I have the hose and the manual but that's it right now. If anyone has a set of tools they'd be willing to part with, I'd be very interested.

Yes it looks like we did! I love mine, the color is great & it runs like new. You can definitely tell that my Model 66 is the superior model though, it picks up a little better and it's a lot quieter. And yes, from what I can tell, most of the vintage vacs on eBay are overpriced.
