Yes it does but then remember, its not really a Hoover, it sold in Germany under the Chinese company name Clean Maxx.
True whilst you get double the dust capacity of the Vax Mach Air Reach, the Vax is a lot lighter and less of an effort to push around.
By all means keep creating these posts if you wish. You've already had quite a few responses to your other posts regarding what vacuum cleaner to get and good suggestions. This Hoover Turbo Power does offer, or what it claims to offer a 2.5 metre stretch hose, but the Vax Mach Air Reach already offers that AND the long cable AND a turbo brush for stairs.
Also not sure if the Hoover such an easy to remove hood for cleaning the brush bar - the Vax has two ingenious clips that unlock the top hood for ease of cleaning the brush roll.
