1. I put a new pump on my Steam Vac & now its leaking water all over the floor. When I used it last wk, I turned it on (tile floor) to drain the water; then it leaked onto my new carpet. Is the solution "backing up" to the pump?
2. Why does it leak when the recovery tank is 1/2 full? Is there a way to prevent this?
