Well, I know the ebay item number, which has more pictures of that specific vac you have pictured there, and that they're asking a little bit too much more than it's worth...

I think these ones were either a Co-op store special, or something Hoover tarted up and sold off as a special just to clear stock, there's nothing particularly special about them aside from them being bright orange and having a different shaped hood...

Maybe if you had a few words with the seller, they might be willing to do a deal and ship that one out to you, you should be able to take out the 240v motor and drop in a 120v motor too, but it might just be easier to get a 120-240v transformer...
