Hey guys I was looking at pictures of Hoover Quik brooms and I found this. Has anyone ever used one and does anyone have one they can do a video on? I would want one of these for doing my small apartment.

Or look for a Hoover flair with PN. I was blown away when I got mine, the brushroll actually beats the carpet and the suction is unexpected. I know the brush is a lite more aggressive than the one you have pictured. Plus if you remove the PN on the flair you can attach a regular bare floor tool. The flip side is that they are impossible to find, but if you have your heart set on that model then happy searching.

Hoover

Go to Hoover web sight. There is a cyclonic stick vac with a windtunnel power head. I have had one for 2 years, and I love it. Works great on hard floor and carpet. No tools come with it.

Don't forget their first!!

This one is branded as a Montgomery Ward but it is manufactured by Hoover and there were a few different Hoover models of it available. I can't remember if it was a QuikBroom or what the actual Hoover name for it was. Hopefully someone can help with that!!!

Is is essentially a non headlight Celebrity Powermatic attached to a stick vac body!!

It would be great if someone had a photo of a Hoover branded one to post too!! I searched Google and archives and found nothing, so I'm a little distraught by that!!

Here Rob, let me step in.

Hoover introduced the QuikBroom with Powermatic, in Sea Blue and Oyster white in 1976, it was to match the Power Drive DAM, and the Bicentennial Convertible, an the brand new Celebrity II Estate, then later in '77 to match the Estate Convertible. There was only 1 Hoover one to my knowledge which ran through as late as 1980 (as shown in the 1979 catalog page with the Concept I, and the U4119 Convertible), but there were two Wards. The one Rob pictured from the 1976 Wards line, and a chocolate one from the 1978, '79, '80 Wards line up.

Eureka didn't have a vintage one. However they have the Boss cordless and now corded power brush stick vacs for many years on the market-- at least since 1999 when a Chi-Chi's restaurant I used to work in had them!

Hoover has had quite a few models over the years starting with the Quikbroom with Powermatic. I think they took a break from a while before the Brush Vac series ones hit the market. The current Hoover seems to be the Flair.

Great photos!! Thanks very much Jason.
