I found this little gem yesterday just having a look around and it was stuffed all the way in the back of a pile of plasti-vacs. It was just a little dusty and looks like it's never been used. I gave it a total spa treatment when I got it home and after several Vinylx wipe downs and a new bag & belt it literally looks & sounds like it did when it first came out of the box!

John & Jonathon,

John,
I agree it's in superb shape, it really must've been kept in the closet most of its life. It runs and sounds soooo smoothly, glossy, and there's maybe A scratch on it. There's also no wear on the paint at the top where most would have been. I'm sure you have one just like it lol;)

Jonathon,
Thanks so much;) I always try to put my heart and soul in my restorations & spa treatments and I never could have gotten it to that condition without all your tips and advice. Thanks for the talks;)

I know we've never met John (hopefully one day soon), but Both of you truly seem to be the Hoover experts and genuinely nice people.

As for this Hoover, as of now, it really does look like you could just put a hang tag on it.

Can't wait to go on our Hoover hunt this summer! I think we should start in your hometown! Seems like there are some pretty amazing cleaners in your area! :)

Awesome find

It's always such a thrill to find something in this kind of shape and vintage. It's getting harder and harder to locate these treasures which makes the find all the more special.
