I would like to purchase a set of attachments for my Hoover Model 68.  When I purchased it at an estate sale 3yrs ago, they said they didn't know what had happened to them over the years.  Any help would be appreciated.

The original set had a separate converter.

The hose was Ultraflex, the same hose as on the Connie. They then permanently attached the converter. Then, they went to Tufflex. The standard 1031 set fits that Convertible. They came in 4 different colors. The Deluxe set had a telescoping wand, dusting brush, and a bare floor brush. I'm gathering all types of attachments to post in a photo.

Hoover atts

I may have or can piece together a set.Mant att sets from 30s-70s are now in same area..Was this to soon for plastic bag to store on cord hook?Would you prefer std or delux? What latch would telescopic wand use at this time?Would all small atts have 'Hoover' molded in?1031 sounds familiar.Any other part nos correct for these sets?

This past weekend I received a nice starter set of attachments for my Hoover Model 68 from Fred "Hoovercelebrity" Stachnik.  It came in the original box from Dayton's Dept. Store on Nicollet Ave, Minneapolis, MN.  The original store label is intact with the customer's address, delivery instructions , and dated 12/21/1960.  Thanks so much Fred for your generosity.  Hope you enjoy your Hoover stick vac also.
