Hoover Model 61 For Sale

Hello everyone...

I picked up the Hoover model 61 recently and wanted to see if anyone was interested. It is well used but not too bad. I have seen a lot worse.

Aftermarket Bag

But in good condition and zipper is fine.

Base

Base has some scuffing and paint loss. But not much. Bumper is good. Hood has some scratches on the very top. Headlight works fine.

Bottom

Underside is very clean. Brushroll looks like a fairly new replacement with white bristles. Motor runs strong and machine picks up well. Takes about ten seconds to wind down. Cord is a replacement.

Fill Tube

Looks like it has been modified to accept throw away bags.

Tools

Comes with this great tool set. Cardboad with cloth hanger has all the spaces for the tools. Very nice cloth brown hose in great condition.

I want to just put in a good word for Mark and tell you-all what a GREAT job he does on packing stuff. I mean, really, way above and beyond the call of duty. And going by the things I've gotten from him, he is very reasonable -- seems more interested in seeing things go to good homes.
