Going from memory, to take it apart, you first need to remove the rear wheels, the handle hinge, the motor (which is a task in itself, 4 screws, two easily accessed, two hidden on the opposite side needing a long reach screwdriver) and wiring, the front axle, the exhaust tube that runs from the fancase to the bag, then a screw that holds the metal nozzle plate in place, and as for the glue, it'll be pretty brittle by now so should break off easily if you wiggle it about, unless it's the rubbery stuff which you just have to apply brute force and pull hard until it separates... :S
The plastic is pretty tough stuff (surprisingly), so it'll take some abuse before it'll break, my 1346 took a lot of abuse in this manner to dismantle it, but I wasn't being too careful as some muppet had repainted it with beige household paint, which is why I was stripping it to repaint it (which turned out to be completely rubbish anyway!!)... :S
