Tommy...all I can say is WOW. I thank you ever so much for posting pictures of your native Hoover products. I have never seen anything like these in any of the literature at Hoover. Believe me I have looked. I think my favorite one is the commercial model U4082. I think that machine looks great in commercial colors. Thanks again...(wipes drool off of face!!!)

my goodness

perhaps our webmaster, mr nelson, can save these in the permanent display? constellation, celebrities AND cylinders! i wonder if the "Lucidatrice" cloth bags fit Seniors (us convertible) as well? and yes, that commercial Senior/Convertible is AMAZING.

hello!
If anyone would like to have the original scans I can send them via email in higher resolution; I love the commercial 4082 too and I'm still looking for it.
the suction polisher's bags can't fit convertibles, they're totally different!
have a nice weekend, tommy

Tommy, what a fantastic brochure, thanks for posting! I myself like the U4082 as well...just the thought of a black-base commercial Convertible with the old-style Deluxe hood is spine-tingling! Another thing I find interesting is the fact that the canisters have strikingly different floor nozzles than the comparable US models, with the exception of the wheeled nozzle on the S3111. I have the S3005 Celebrity as well, and it has a much different (and cheaper) floor nozzle, with a tiny rug/floor selector lever on the back, below the wand connector.

Those vacuum-polishers are very cool as well; wish we had something like that here!

Once again...

...thanks, Tommy, for taking the time to put these together and send them to us. They brought back great memories for me and you answered some long time questions I've had about the suction polishers. You have an amazing collection. Some time I would like to know more about Kirby in Italy and I'm sure many of the Kirby fans among us here would as well.

tanti grazie et aguri,
Bruce Cinquegrani
