Hoover Floor Polisher - Old Wax Removal

Does anyone have an easier way to remove old dried, caked on wax from the bumper and brushes of a Hoover Floor Polisher?

I tried to do a search on here and some googling, but I can not dissolve the wax to easily remove it.

Anyone?

When cleaning companies strip off old floor wax, they use a stripping solution with a large single brush floor machine. However most janitorial chemical companies also sell an aerosol product for stripping the wax off of baseboards. I have used it to clean wax off of commercial equipment. Spray it on and let it sit for 10 minutes, then lightly scrub.
