<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">I have a 3614 Floor-A-Matic & I'm having problems with it lately.</span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span>

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">First of all, the outer tank is cracked at the solution rod area on top & it leaks when it's on the machine.</span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span>

<span style="font-family: verdana, geneva;">The other issue is it doesn't pick up UNLESS I move the FAM in reverse only; it won't pick up the water on the forward stroke.</span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;"> </span>

<span style="font-family: verdana,geneva;">I also need a new squeegee & tank; where can I find these parts?</span>

Why not try that

Hesco in Ohio?  They've been selling nos parts like crazy lately. Get yours before someone scarfs them all up. They are truly great machines.  That machine was known as HOOVER's best kept secret.  It's the forerunner to  all of our floormates, spinscrubs.  The floor washer was too.  Best of luck.

F-A-M

My next EBay will include a NICE,low milage brown/dark brown/yellow F-A-M(no brushes).May want to look. The standard sham/polisher was fairly common, the F-A-M and parts have always been rarely seen.
