Hey guys I have a Hoover EmPower trash-find and the cord has been cut. What can I do to replace it. It looks fairly new and not in bad shape. So, what can I do to replace the cord. Also can I just add another cord to the one thats been cut short?? P.S. Im not a trash picker I just found it and it "followed me home"

I had one of those and it worked pretty well, and it was pretty quiet, and it was also my favorite color, green. I ended up giving it to a family who's house burned down the day before christmas. They needed it worse than I did. I think you could attach another vacuum cord to what is left there, dont ask me HOW, but I think you could do it.

I just attached a Hoover Runabouts cord to it and it functions perfectly although the guy 1. Cut the cord extremely short. 2. Took the attachments :( BUT... It WORKS!!!! :)

Mine had kind of a high pitched sound when you put it on the power boost setting and was very quiet on the low speed. You should post some pics of it!

I have an orange one I found in the trash, I like the green and of corse blue ones better, But it is a decent vacuum considering its a bagless.
P.S I am a trash picker lol.

And last the Power Boost. In The Picture its idle. If i press it down it boosts the power but when i let go it dosent lock. If I go up where the lock is and let go it will lock.
