HOOVER ELITE CONVERTER

Hey Guys,
would it be possible for a hoover convertible converter to fit the hoover elite 600? just curious. i recently bought a hoover elite 600 and was just curious to see if possibly the converter to my convertible would fit it. I havent received the Elite yet.. but ive done some research and the converters look almost identical. Any feedback would be appreciated.. thanks.

Hoover converters

Similar but different.Same idea had been used back to the Model O of 1907.I have many type converters and think I know location of Elite style.Many Convertible/Concept hoses and most atts can then be used.If you don't find locally could probably do part & shipping at $10-12.

I had a hard time getting my hands on the converter for the elites. They are shaped slightly different than the convertible, and snap in place instead of a retainer/lever as the convertibles use. As rugsucker said, the attachments and hose for the concept/convertible will work with the elite converter. they're all the same.
