I couldn't find it on Harrisburg Craiglist ?
I have a few Panasonic Jet Flo's and just happened upon another one last week. The smaller model has a chrome handle and a port on the back to attach hoses, later they added a holder to hold the hose but you still had to attach it to use. Some also had a switch to turn of the brushroll. The one I just got last week is bigger, near perfect is a burgundy red, has a dirt sensor light, permanently attached hose but no brush roll on/off switch. I have another reddish one as well that has neat little revolving brushes on the outside sides to get along the baseboards, they're extensions of the brushroll. They're nice vacuums, fairly quiet, easy to change the bag and quite light but durable. I bought the firt one new a number of years ago for my mother who likes things straightforwward and simple being elderly.
Re the above mentioned early Kenmore clean air machines. I have the deluxe Lady Kenmore Power Ease model, self propelled bought it new in 75.. fully loaded..3 forward speed switch plus neutral, 3 speed motor, cord rewind, full bag indicator, motor filter, headlights, pile adjust, adjustable baseboard cleaning. A very nice vac for it's time. Bags no longer available though but I happened to find about 16 of them a few weeks ago at a junk store. Whew. They were made by Matsushita which I believe is the parent of Panasonic but someone once told me that they were originally Whirpool vacuums who sold that business also to Matsushita (Panasonic). I do have pics of them one either Picturetrail or Ofoto if I can just remember the passwords!!!I haven't used them for so long I've forgotten., If not I'll post pics when we get in the new house and everything up and running.
