If it the one at the top of the thread then its a UK model 862.

The pink version is still reasonably plentiful over here although rarely in that condition and they are usually quite expensive as they are considered a style icon.

floats on a cushion of air

Glad you found one.In US only the first blue one did not float.First floater had tilt base,then all went to fixed base.I have only found 1 pink and it was in a trash can at the flea market and looked as if it should have stayed there.This would be the mo85.I did sell a yellow one on EBay at 9.99 and will have more as I go deeper into the place of which we do not speak.I think I have counted 14 different models and colors and there are more in Canada and elsewhere.

Thanks Al and David that helps alot. I want more Constellations as of now they are my favorite vacuum and I know that i am partial to Electrolux too. I just want to make sure that it's able to be found. and the information will be good to know which float. What is that model # of the first blue one?

Hey Ryan, I found another Connie item #140723065474. It has a starting bid of $49.99 or Buy it now for $59.99. It is a top mount but it floats. The color is a sort of lavender which is in the pink family. Complete with hose and attachments. Check it out. Jeff.
