Hoover Concept One headlights

Hi There,

I am a longtime lurker and new registered member. I recently acquired a Concept One that is in great shape overall, but when I put in new bulbs they immediately burned out. It looked like maybe a voltage issue, as they lit up bright and immediately burned out. Any thoughts as to what may be going on?

you have to use 12 volt bulbs. if you use anything else theyll burn out
