Hoover Concept help!!!!!!!

Hello all! I have a Hoover Concept 2 W/ hand mate and it is in well, good condition. It has two things that are wrong with it: There is on one side a port for a cord. It has no cord at all, and the handle was torn off completely. I don't know what to do!!!!!!
