Hoover Concept Brushroll Replacement

This is interesting. Some vacuum store owner took a Hoover Tempo brushroll and chiseled off the bristles so that it would fit on a Concept One, Two, Powermax, and Powerdrive machine. Pretty neat.

much easier and less bastardized way to get a good brushroll

for your concept. get a dial a matic powerdrive brushroll, switch the end endcaps from your concept, now its much easier to replace brush strips.

Will that work? Will a DAM power drive BR fit a concept?

yes, the size of the brushroll is interchangeable. it HAS to be for a powerdrive dial a matic tho. just have to switch out the endcaps. ive seen people do it to thier concepts, and reversed the process , too.

some people inerestignly, have reversed the process and put a concept brushroll in a dam. tho with NO new concept brushrolls being made, isnt fit for long term or heavy usage of the machine.
