A law against basements/cellars?

Alan I don't know if there's a law against basements/cellars in Florida?

They're not especially common over here and it's mainly older Victorian houses, like my parents' property that have them.

Speaking of Florida I've got an old machine on its way from there..just paid the Custom's charges..

I should have been clearer, the water table here prohibits basements, but people who live around here that can build into a hillside, like that grocery building, won't be sunken into the water supply.

I must be losing my memory. Dave stopped in last enroute to Detroit for treasures and to visit Chad so I'm poking thru all my junque for stuff to unload on them and lo and behold if there isn't a Celebrity amidst it all. I don't even remember getting it. Oh well, I have one LOL
