You shouldnt have disclosed your max bid. what if the seller is on this forum, and another thing is that someone could easily up their maximum bid knowing what yours is.
The attachments do appear on Ebay quite regularly, i got a 1346A in good condition that came with tools for a total of £21 a few months back, its just your luck.

Makes me want to sell my set!
Why on Earth is it at £200.02, You could get a whole new vacuum for that, with onboard tools! Them junior tool sets always show up on ebay!

I can't believe they are now sat at £200 - did't think that they were so sought after.......

At that price I can perhaps do without lol

You wait, come a couple of weeks time there will be ones on there cheap as chips, always happens!
There is also listings on ebay with juniors with tools, also auctions with people selling bulk attachments for vintage/retro vacuums. You could ask them to sell it seperatly or do the waiting game. Good things come to those who wait...
Love your hoover in the pic Ziggyzig!

Me too, same with that hoover cylinder that always goes high!
I swear people just bid for the fun of it, realise they dont have the money and abandon mission!

Yes i think that could be one of those cases but Mick shouldnt have disclosed his max bid because all it takes is for someone who maybe didnt like that comment to go on and and bid £99.99 out of badness so that he would have to pay £100 for the attachments.

hoover junior tools

i have been out bid by some fool wantin to pay 200 pound cant believe the mentality of some people its a joke

Im with Al.........

If someone would like to Paypal me £149.99 they can have a set of mine- Id even include free post lol............

Is ebay that place where everyone who's anyone watches the auctions and bids at the last moment (subject to two novices not having thrashed it out for the duration and taking the bidding to new heights)? Or am I getting confused with something else altogether.

I've seen my step-daughter do that last minute bidding thing. It's the only way she stands a chance of getting anything for a reasonable price.

Yes VR, you know what EBAY is =- Im pretty sure anyway!

I'm surprised the listing was increased TBH - and I bet someone has contacted the seller saying that the tools are pretty rare etc.

There's nothing stopping anyone from actually contacting the seller and asking why the price is so expensive. Mention the fact that you could USE ESPARES to get the same amount of tooling and the seller may well baulk. I would be most surprised to find if anyone buys a Junior tool kit at £200.
