Just got this lovely Hoover Junior from the charity shop, still works beautifully but should it take a paper bag? Many thanks!

It seems to be fitted
as a shakeout bag. The top metal sleeve slides open so you may 'dump out' the dirt. If there'd be a mechanism inside to accept a paper bag, you'd be all set.
