Ditto on the “fire roasting”!
That’s actually similar to my alternate method of making salsa, but I like to do the roasting in my smoker with a few wood chips.
Also, Tom, I started using a similar strainer only about 5 years ago and I’ll never go back! My salsa reduces so much quicker in the pot with the liquid separated from fruit pulp. [this post was last edited: 7/27/2020-12:57]
